Video: Kinect users getting injured?

Perhaps that title was a little too sensational, but this was bound to happen… right? The same thing was applicable to Nintendo Wii’s users when its console first went retail and consumers began motioning in front of the television. Now it rings true for Microsoft’s Kinect for Xbox 360.

YouTube user moneytalker1965 posted a video in which he’s playing a Kinect game with his son, in it he gestures his elbow to the left and hits his son in the face. The user says:

Ouch,,,hes a tough kid though..no damage..fun game though! [sic]

I guess Microsoft’s “suggested” (but more like mandatory) 6-8ft of space for Kinect is quite the good recommendation. Try to keep that in mind in relative to other people, as well.
